Account Manager & Customer Service Role

The position involves mastering JSC’s product and service offerings, developing business relationships with existing customers to identify new revenue streams, and acting as the primary contact for allocated customers for sales and service activities. The role requires collaboration with Pre-sales and Technical Solutions teams to create professional quotations and proposals. Additionally, the candidate will represent Joyce Solutions in the market and among suppliers, promote the brand at events and industry functions, and partner with the Sales lead to expand services with current and new clients. Supporting the Sales Team to achieve growth in sales and market share according to business plans and budgets is also essential. The ideal candidate is motivated by delivering excellent customer service, possesses sales experience, is customer-focused, self-motivated, and energetic with a proactive attitude. They should be technically minded with strong listening and communication skills and proficient in organization, administration, and relationship-building.
