Samantha joined the JSC team in October 2023 as our Client Services Technical Coordinator and Office Manager. She graduated from Bedfordshire University with a first class degree in 2019 and has since worked in a variety of industries developing her co-ordination and customer service skills, most recently as a Customer Services Supervisor where she managed a team of 6 and balanced a portfolio of 40+ clients/sites. Samantha’s prior roles and experience have encouraged her drive to provide the highest level of service which she is committed to continue within JSC.
Samantha grew up in the Middle East, spending time in both Qatar and Kuwait, before moving back to the UK to complete her sixth form education. In her spare time she volunteers with Girlguiding as a Brownie leader for two local units, and enjoys Zumba, swimming and the occasional game of golf.
