Global Bank – FlexSupport and Virtual Data Centre Manager Services

We provided our FlexSupport fully-managed engineering service for three data centre locations and the main London-based office comms rooms over a three-year period. Our five-step onboarding and comprehensive discovery process enabled us to hit the ground running and fully manage the environments from day one. We helped the client save significant time and costs through our consistent approach and our in-house technical expertise. 

As well as our FlexSupport service, we provided a Virtual Data Centre Manager who works directly for the client’s USA-based data centre manager. Our virtual manager acts as a local point of contact and co-ordinator for all work in the UK and Europe, including workflow, capacity and technical data centre management.  Following the initial onboarding, the client expanded in two of the main data centres, opened a new data centre, and used our offsite pre-staging, decommissioning and structured cabling services.
