A global bank needed a complete inventory of every asset in their nine-storey office building in a landmark location in London prior to starting a new office planning programme. Using AssetSpire software and tablet-based auditing tools, our team worked with the client to develop the audit structure, approach and output requirements.
Following a successful pilot audit of 300 devices, our team completed the audit of every desk and desk-based asset over 3.5 weekends. We provided the information in real time to the client using the cloud-based solution, with over 9,700 assets audited. Each of our engineers audited an average of between 350-400 assets per day directly into an electronic format, with every device asset tagged, and every serial number scanned and photographed.
